Our health guarantee covers serious congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect a puppy’s quality of life within the first year. All puppies receive a veterinary health check prior to going home, and families are encouraged to establish care with a licensed veterinarian shortly after arrival.
To keep the guarantee valid, puppies must receive routine veterinary care, proper nutrition, and appropriate preventative treatment as recommended by a veterinarian.
Veterinary Care Requirements
Families are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within a specified time after pickup or delivery. This initial visit helps ensure continuity of care and provides peace of mind during the transition into your home.
